Taxes.
Annual charges from the Tresor Public in Perrecy.
They collect taxes levied on the 'propietes baties' and 'proprieties non
baties' for the Commune, Departement, Region and Taxe ordures menageres.
Sounds compicated but the total for 2006 was €187.00 Water.
Veolia Eu is a standing charge 'Abonnement' of about €18.00 per
half-year. On each occassion they try to charge for 'Consommation' so
I have to point out that the water is turned off at the road stop-cock.
Then they send a polite letter and new invoice. As the reconnection
is relatively expensive I've been sending the amount for the Abonnement
with the letter telling Veolia that there was no consumption.
Electricity
EDF
I've been in credit for so long I don't recall the cost per unit of
electricity. The abonnment is currently €24 a year.
Insurance.
pacifica are my property and contents insurance. It's part of Credit
Agricol and placing the insurance with them was the simplist solution.
Its a few cents less than €220 a year. |
